I myself come to see very often an SLE girl (gf of a INFp friend). Aside the fact we see stuff in different way, there is still some mutual understanding (even if it's a bit like "forced understanding" - but it's actually kinda cool to see stuff in very different way than usual), there is basically no conflict atm. So this is possible.
