I know a lot of the NPCs obviously aren't fleshed out enough to type nut are think there still some conclusions that can be made.
The Companions guild seemed SEE-ish as a whole. Rejection of rules and hierarchy in favor of loyalty and respect, emphasis of battle and glory.
College of Winterhold- Alpha NT, pretty obvious.
Ulfric/The Stormcloaks- ESI. Dislike of strangers, emphasis on protecting and meeting the needs of their own people.
General Tullius/The Empire- LSE, focus on rationality and restoring the peace (Si).
Thieves Guild- ILI, emphasis on pragmatism and thinking things through.
Dark Brotherhood- SLI, like thieves guild but more focused on the pleasure of killing rather then coin. (Cicero seems IEE)
Thalmor- EIE, haughty, crafty and manipulative.
