I'm constantly looking to align the real with the ideal.I've been more oriented toward being overly idealistic by expecting the real to match the ideal. My thinking side is dominent. The result is that sometimes I can be overly impersonal or self-centered in my approach, not being understanding of others in the process and simply thinking "you should do this" or "everyone should follor this rule"..."regardless of how they feel or where they're coming from"which just isn't a good attitude to have. However, person B, not wanting to be an obejct of someone elses ego and guarding against existential terror constructs a personality which protects his ego and maintain a certain sense of a robust and real self that is different and separate from person A. Sadly, this robust and real self, cut off by defenses of character from the rest of the world, is quite vulnerable and fragile given that it is imaginary and propped up through external feed back. Person B is dimly aware of this and defends against it all the more, even desperately projecting his anxieties back onto person A, with the hope of shoring up his ego with salubrious validation. All of this happens without A or B acknowledging it, of course. Because to face up to it consciously is shocking, in that this is all anybody is doing or can do and it seems absurd when you realize how pathetic it is.

SEE is very possible. My impression was of an extroverted person, possibly Gamma but could be an EIE, not that logical but could be hiding it in their exuberant happiness (if LIE). I didn't think SEE because the SEE's that I know have a shade of skepticism or darkness that that face doesn't seem to have, hence EIE. But SEE is possible, since I know so few of them. @Pookie for the Ni win.
I'm still leaning towards EIE, more than LIE now. I see a whole lot of Fe there, and not much Fi. The expression is one of guileless extroversion that I've seen on female EIE's. But again, I only know one male EIE, so.......

Btw: he types as ENTJ in mbti. His other pictures pretty much look the same; same facial expressions, same classy mode of dressing with lots of neutrals. I know a very obvious male EIE and their senses of style and interests are extremely different. The only similarity is probably the confidence/egotism both of them have. The guy we are VI-ing is very much an Aggressor, like prototypical, in a way that EIEs are not.SEE is very possible. Ok, cool! What is his enneagram type, do you know that?
There is too little variation in expression and overall subdued expressiveness for me to think EIE is likely. His default smile is reserved, almost smirking, which made me think Fi-ego or at least Fi-valuing... the most true smile is in the first picture and it is still withholding and seductive. I want to think we nailed it with SEE; @Chae did you have similar reasoning?
The male LIEs I know are quite jokey in most pictures (or big grin), even the Ni subtypes, either in a faux-aggressive (tongue out, fake scream) or submissive (open mouth, raised eyebrows, but not as 'smooth' as an ethical victim) way.

My reasoning was very similar, yes. EIE didn't even come to mind, the expression is way too grounded, nothing dreamy about him. In the moment, direct, holds himself confidently. Also the choice of shirts, did you notice? No EIE would wear that. Sensory all the way. Ethical but does not go all out, more passionate from within than expressive on the outside. Fantastic presence/aura, fixated Se eyes (the 2nd picture - intense!), seems take-charge. I typed him Sx/So also.
I have noo idea I'm not too great at enneagram. Every confident status-driven guy seems like a 3 to me. So I guess a 3 is most likely. He is status conscious

What does that mean?
I don't think he's logical. By the additional info you gave me, he clearly uses lower but very valued business logic over Ti's systemic accuracy.
Also, visually: SLE's gaze is much more analytical and glaring. Their face is more rectangular, the jaw is stronger, eyebrows are downturned toward the middle. SEE has round and slightly softer features just like him.
