always or else everyday is exactly the same , in a bigger picture kind of way viewed from the moon looking at everyone as over grown babies , since the sperm and egg we have been changing form and with it our perceptions of reality yes

Transmutation, is to change something from one form into another correct? That sounds like it would hinder the act of finding wholeness. Welcome.
Projection is ordinary. Person A projects at person B, hoping tovalidate something about person A by the response of person B. However, person B, not wanting to be an obejct of someone elses ego and guarding against existential terror constructs a personality which protects his ego and maintain a certain sense of a robust and real self that is different and separate from person A. Sadly, this robust and real self, cut off by defenses of character from the rest of the world, is quite vulnerable and fragile given that it is imaginary and propped up through external feed back. Person B is dimly aware of this and defends against it all the more, even desperately projecting his anxieties back onto person A, with the hope of shoring up his ego with salubrious validation. All of this happens without A or B acknowledging it, of course. Because to face up to it consciously is shocking, in that this is all anybody is doing or can do and it seems absurd when you realize how pathetic it is.
You could always change to something with eg: a more comfortable volume for the density of mass you ideally want, so you can be a filled doughnut instead of a doughnut with a hole in the center - but that may not be mystical enough. *munch*

In Truth The Wholeness that i seek thru transmutation is cosmic fluidity a balance of something that is always shifting always changing yet the same ,( if looked upon to the big picture of it) , each shift provides a different insight a different perspective that can grant the alchemical ability of Essokinesis
where the possibilities can be seized as opportunities
a talent one would need to posses living in a chaotic world , without trying to distort that natural flow of things by understand what it is and changing ourselves to it
