Default Differences between Freud's Ego, ID and Superego vs Socionics'?

In Freud's model the id is the basic personality and the source of one's libido, the superego is one's conscience, and the the ego mediates between the two according to objective reality. There is no mention of the superid in freud's model, I assume it is a precursor to the superego? A sort of instinctive conscience?

Are these structures basically the same in socionics?

Big difference. Freud's ID relates mostly to weak functions, not to 4th block.
