    me- 4w5 so/sx
    mom- 2w3 sp/sx
    dad- 3w4 so/sp

My mom is actually the most extroverted, she's pretty loud and controlling whereas both me and my dad retreat more despite (maybe due to??) being so's. My mom doesn't care at all how she comes across usually, and she's got a lot of energy to burn.

my dad...is complicated to figure out. I think he's a 5w6 sx/sp with a strong line to 8. (this is my primary reason for thinking he's LSI even though he's fiery and outwardly presents like maybe an EIE or something, but it could all fall apart if my analysis is wrong somewhere.)

    my mom was 4w5. contra-flow, not so/sp.

my brother is 6w7. maybe so/sx?

I don't think about the enneagram types of others very much, so my thoughts aren't tight. instincts are just a ballpark.

    Mom - EII - 1w2
    Older sister - ESI
    I - IEI
    Younger Sister - IEE
    Younger Younger Sister - xEI
    Nephew - ExE
    Niece - SLE
Projection is ordinary. Person A projects at person B, hoping tovalidate something about person A by the response of person B. However, person B, not wanting to be an obejct of someone elses ego and guarding against existential terror constructs a personality which protects his ego and maintain a certain sense of a robust and real self that is different and separate from person A. Sadly, this robust and real self, cut off by defenses of character from the rest of the world, is quite vulnerable and fragile given that it is imaginary and propped up through external feed back. Person B is dimly aware of this and defends against it all the more, even desperately projecting his anxieties back onto person A, with the hope of shoring up his ego with salubrious validation. All of this happens without A or B acknowledging it, of course. Because to face up to it consciously is shocking, in that this is all anybody is doing or can do and it seems absurd when you realize how pathetic it is.

    dad - either so/sp or sp/so 9w8 I can't decide between the two.
    mom - sp/sx 1w2. before I also thought of 3w2 with strong 1 fix.

older brother - sx/so 7w8 he was always the life of the family but has the hardest time keeping it together for himself.
younger brother - sp/so or so/sp, 6w5 or 5w6, very heady and insightful.
sister - social 9? she is alike my younger brother but with a more laissez faire attitude to arguments.
me - sp/sx 6 with considerations of 4,6,9 at some point.

    I don't know enneagram, sorry

    Mother: ESI - Dominant
    Father: LSI - Normalizing
    Sister ESE - Dominant

    Uncle: LSE - Creative
    Aunt: ESI - Normalizing
The decisive thing is not the reality of the object, but the reality of the subjective factor, i.e. the primordial images, which in their totality represent a psychic mirror-world. It is a mirror, however, with the peculiar capacity of representing the present contents of consciousness not in their known and customary form but in a certain sense sub specie aeternitatis, somewhat as a million-year old consciousness might see them.

My parents were SEE/ILI Gamma duals and growing up in this environment is torture for an EII who don't like parties, people around. Sometimes I wished my cousin LSE dual would take me home so that my SEE dad would stop putting me to work for one of his countless annoying parties and people around.
    -
    Dual type (as per tcaudilllg)
    Enneagram 5 (wings either 4 or 6)?

I'm constantly looking to align the real with the ideal.I've been more oriented toward being overly idealistic by expecting the real to match the ideal. My thinking side is dominent. The result is that sometimes I can be overly impersonal or self-centered in my approach, not being understanding of others in the process and simply thinking "you should do this" or "everyone should follor this rule"..."regardless of how they feel or where they're coming from"which just isn't a good attitude to have. It is a way, though, to give oneself an artificial sense of self-justification. LSE
