I'm constantly looking to align the real with the ideal.I've been more oriented toward being overly idealistic by expecting the real to match the ideal. My thinking side is dominent. The result is that sometimes I can be overly impersonal or self-centered in my approach, not being understanding of others in the process and simply thinking "you should do this" or "everyone should follor this rule"..."regardless of how they feel or where they're coming from"which just isn't a good attitude to have. It is a way, though, to give oneself an artificial sense of self-justification. LSE

There are a lot of people which are sure in their type and mistake anyway. When people type with common match <30%, the situation is not suprising.
If you did not check thoroughly your type by intertype relations with getting result good fitting to the theory, there is high chance for mistake.
So I never trust what other people think about own type, even when they are years in typology, and recommend similar to others.
I met at least 4 "gurus", which study others to type and theory, while incorrectly think about own type, and 1 guru which had popular socionics site for several years and then changed opinion about own type. While your level, as I understand, is just novice.
That's why it's good to get opinions about your type. Or at least to check your type yourself by IR (with people near you or you may use my bloggers examples in the signature).
