When I was courting my SLI ex, we were crossing the Straits of Macinac in a boat. (She likes sailing, and camping, and roughing it on trips into the wilderness of the UP. She was always prepared and never complained.) She was in the front of the boat, ignoring the spray and looking forward, and I told her she looked like Clint Eastwood.
So, Clint Eastwood.
Another example of an SLI might be Charles Bronson, as seen in the following clip. (The girl is ESI, the bearded guy is probably SLE-Ti, since he acts exactly like an SLE-Ti friend of mine.) This should give you the general feel of a male SLI:

What age range are you looking for?
You are sx-first, and so are looking for another sx-first (who would naturally be hot). That's a tall order in a type that tends toward e5 and sx-last.

Clint Eastwood definitely fits the SLI archetype pretty well. Not LSI. Harrison Ford is another one as well. Brad Pitt is likely IEE, i think, so you don't even get him. Tom Selleck fits the LSE mold.
I'd agree that Clint Eastwood is an SLI, though I tend to believe Harrison Ford is actually LSI.
Brad Pitt... To be honest, I believe he is most likely ESI-Se E9 SO/SP, haha. Anyhow, I am sure he is not SLI.
I am not sure what the OP considers to be "hot", but here a couple of admired male SLIs:
Clint Eastwood, Christoph Waltz, Alan Rickman, Christopher Lee, Ralph Fiennes, Nick Offerman, Peter Dinklage, Russell Crowe, Anthony Hopkins.
(A couple of those guys are often typed differently, and may come across as Ethical and/or even Intuitive to some, but that is because they are either E9 and/or exhibit their Ni Role.)
As far as I know, most SLIs are not exactly "pretty boys", and tend to have a more rugged and/or casual look.
If you prefer the "pretty boy", you may have to look elsewhere (aka at other types, mostly SFs).

I feel like all the stereotypical "bad boys" in Hollywood either act SLI or are SLI. It shouldn't be too difficult to find what you are looking for lol....
Now finding a "hot" sli woman is a bit more difficult...

You must live in a tiny sx-y bubble. Not all sx firsts are naturally hot. They might have very attractive energy or they might come off as totally repulsive. Please rephrase if I misunderstood?
Sexuals attract others without really trying. They also repel others in the same way, like an anti-pheromone. This works like a screening function in the mating process. People typically have a strong reaction one way or another towards Sx's, and vice versa.

Most male SLIs are/were actually SP/SX and Type 6 or Type 9, IME.
(Female SLIs, in comparison, are more commonly Type 1 and SX blindspot, interestingly.)
Most Type 5s are introverted NTs (ILI or LII).
There have definitely been SX first guys I was not into "in that way" at all, haha.
It's true though that SX men tend to put much more attention on their appearance in order to be desirable for a mate – more than a regular SX blindspot guy, so they will invest more time and effort into looking good or "sexy" (even so, that does not mean they will always succeed at it).
Apart from that, Type 3 men will focus just as much (or maybe even more) on their appearance even as SX blindspot... For most male 3s, looking good equals presenting an image of success in general. As SO first, for instance, looking attractive could be a way to appear successful in the public eye and get social approval in that way.

I will say that the interviewer in the video, Lisa Nova, has facial expressions like the LSI I have known. LSI might not be her type, since I have seen duals exhibit their dual's facial expressions, but Lisa Nova is 'way closer to LSI than Katy Perry.
Good typing by IR needs more data. Viewing examples of all 16 types, >=3 examples per type. Using videointerviews, but not photos or movies.
Then 16 types are sorted from the most psychicaly pleasant to the least. Then you find common traits among highest and lowest chosen types and make assumpton about the type. May be also used sorting for T vs F types, quadras, etc. Not taking into account you need correct examples of types.
Today we may only dream about consensus in Socionics. I saw her typed to: ESFJ, ENFJ, INFP, ISTP, ...

It's good when types of examples are correct, what implies you are sure in them. It does not need to be 100% sure, in this case it just will need more examples to get well-composed IR system for the type's version.

You can be sure subjectively in own versions based on your personal experience, even understanding that all other typers will disagree with most of your opinions (I never saw 2 typers matching in >50% cases). And I am "highly sure" in types I say, excluding cases when I say other.
It's impossibly to be sure on 100%, as it needs objective proof the version is correct (there is no such thing for types today), no objective proof for theory, for high accuracy of methods, not taking imperfection of typers.
IR method does not need 100% correctness to be useful. If to exclude noise factors affecting perception, in case when for example 90% are correct, you should notice anyway that most duals are more pleasant than most of superego. It will need more examples to clearly understand this and nothing more.
For this at least is needed you'd follow the recommended procedure (you did not). And even in such case, there was a possibility that your type is just not from alpha-beta. For example, for ENFP types LII and ILE are not so clearly pleasant or unpleasant, than when dual, semi-dual or mirage take part in the comparision. By the next thing I'd offered to use 10 examples per type. Then I'd think something is wrong with you (I had relatively good results on others used bloggers, for example). Next would be thoughts about improving the method as videos is not classical communication described in theory. And only then I'd think about possibility that types versions could be better.So maybe it's not weird that i think ILE and LII are the same because it mihgt be a bunch of different types you sent me
