    Default Bernie Sanders

I couldn't find any threads for him with the search function. Is there a typing for him?

I read a good argument for him being LIE which I need to go look up again. Even though a lot of his policy decisions and goals make him look like an ethical type, on a personal level, he apparently is demanding and not very personable; he also seems to stay perpetually busy.

Strong moral compass, integrity, altruism, clarity, consistency. I like him a lot.

I initially thought LII, but his political rhetoric is heavily autocratic, so maybe LSE would be an option, too.

I don't see Bernie as an extrovert. Yes he "extroverts", but he's obviously somewhat uncomfortable with it. He's found a way around it, however, and that is part of what leads him to repeating his talking points over and over and over, with little change in them. He has a difficult time adapting his talking points to changes an interviewer/audience brings.

However, he also has a quick mind otherwise, and a sense of humor. He catches on fairly quickly to word/scenario jokes others are making, and plays along. Instead of taking the info at hand, he considers what else is influencing a situation, what led up to a situation, where different actions might lead to, etc. It seems to me that this last part is where he excels and feels most comfortable. I tentatively type him as ILI with a strong Fi agenda.

One of the things I find interesting is that he'd have grown up with the religious idea that it's our job to CREATE heaven on earth (rather than seeing heaven as something otherworldly or supernatural). I'm fairly sure his Fi agenda is based off of that fundamental belief, and is a major part of his life principles that led him to fighting for civil rights way back when, and from such a young age.

I don't think he'd ever desired to be a leader/director of others. I see him more as a behind-the-scenes critiquer. I do think he made this sacrifice, however, as a last ditch effort (before he dies) to effect some changes in our political system. I think his whole political career has stemmed from the moral obligation to help create heaven.

Dont get me wrong i didnt mean to suggest he is Fe dom, or even fe ego. I agree on his quick mind and sende of humor
And i think his own genuine sincerity and his passion for the ideas he stands for might be what makes him a rousing speaker, and not necessarily Fe

I'm pretty sure he is LII. He reminds me a lot of Robespierre.

I would go LSI over LII. Mirror is probably more likely than superego relations for Bernie and Hillary (Hillary is apparently ESI). Plus, a lot of people wanted "Bernie or Trump" which would make sense if they're both beta quadra (Trump is apparently SLE).

Bernie strikes me as some kind of type so either EII, LII, ILE or IEE. He's all about possibilities about the outside world. For example, he looks at how light socialism or Keynesian economics has worked in Europe and how it can be applied to the US if it were done properly. He leans more towards idealism rather than pragmatism as light socialism or Keynesian economics is seen as extreme in the US. Since most of the people in this thread are leaning towards LII then I see no problem accepting him as such.

What does that have to do with LII? I mean, he could be LII, but that's not a good way to determine it. I know xSx and Sxx types who voted for him in the primaries...

All I know is that he values and uses over . He doesn't like being aggressive, but he has learned to use when he is forced to in certain situations. It seems unnatural, but he is capable of doing it, I imagine at his age he could of learned to overcome his PoLR via experience over time in the same way other weak types have like ILE, IEE, EII and LII. LSI just seems like a very unlikely type for him because I can't see an LSI advocating overly idealistic ideas that may not work practically.

LSIs would opt for more something more practical and tangible, which is what I've seen Hillary Clinton do. If anything, Hillary Clinton has a very good chance of being LSI based on her behavior and political platform. She knows how to be aggressive without forcing it and her political ideas are very safe and in the mainstream. She's willing to stray a bit in terms of change, but nothing extreme and idealistic like Bernie has done. Whether xSx or Sxx types voted for Bernie doesn't matter, they could of been Alpha and Delta S types that value his ideas.

Idk about the validity of his (MBTI mixed with Socionics) approach, but Bernie as ESI in comparison to Obama's Fe ring true to me. "Feel the bern" - that's all very FiSe: evaluations of morals, standing up for the underdog, and so on.

My guess for now is EII-Ne. He looks similar to LIIs but I think he's more of an ethical type.

    Seems textbook LII to me.
