I think part of the ills of the world is that people hide there true selves. Rather than respect each others differences, people hide them for the sake of harmony. There is more virtue in respecting each others differences than pretending they don't exist.
I don't think that its a matter of hiding it so much as its not relevent, especially in Socionics, so its never brought up.

I don't think people should wear a sign board on thier chest annoucing race and religion. I don't think people hide who they are in that respect (at least not as much as in the past) and frankly it shouldn't matter.
Now if you're talking about the inner self, well that's a different matter.

I'm with you there. I think on a deeper level, we should all consider ourselves Jewish -- we're all one big family. I don't think people should hide from that, and not realize who they are.

I am Anti-Zionism though.
I think there is social/media pressure that you should conform to a certain way. As a consequence (in part) people hide who they are ... so to them it does matter, but I agree with you that it shouldn't matter.
I think it's good to be frank about who you are, and that people should respect you for who you are. I think part of psychological problems come from people in society being hidden/closed about themselves.
I agree but I think its their inner selves that they hide.

The ease with which she speaks of the above matters, (which makes me think that this stuff is right up her alley and typical of her accustomed way of filtering out the world) indicates...INFj typical filter. I do think she did a heck of a job explaining a POV that is frequently misinterpreted. Although, I am pretty sure she is turning in her grave as I misinterpret her "objective-reality" as merely a POV. Most of her writings come off as deeply Te/Fi/Ne inspired.
She's good for a laugh.
