Default Misconceptions about calorie intake and outtake

It is all myth. Calorie intake and outtake is all myth.
We go around making calculations based on the equation Calorie (total) = calorie intake - calorie outtake OR calorie outtake - intake which is common.
Do we even know what a calorie is? It is just energy.

    The true equation is this

    Calorie CHANGE (Energy change) = a + b + c - d - e - f KJ = - or + KJ

So this does not contribute directly to fat change or even weight change.

It is just common sense but common sense is NOT scientific.

Does our weight or fat get lost with a DECREASE in energy? No way!

The burning of fats requires an INCREASE in energy input.

Energy is heat. Heat burns off fats. It is as simple as that.

    So the truth is

We just need to stop eating cold, or microwaved foods that has lost their energy to the environment.

We need to eat foods with activation energy potential, with a lot of chemical potential.

So should we drink soups? Yes!

If we eat vegetables halfway cooked, just "good enough to eat", our stomach and body has to expend energy to digest that food. Energy which could be used for fat burning instead!

    Also
We need to exercise above all.

Yes, a good diet helps, but not because it factors in the calorie intake and outtake equation, but because it limits the amount of fat we are putting into our bodies. That is ALL there is to it.

So there is no need keeping track of how many "calories" you are eating, at all. It is just useless, irrelevant information and a scam of your money and time.

These people often have an earthy, mysterious quality to them. They are slow to commit, but once they do it is with an attitude of life commitment, to the establishment of an impermeable bond. Others can be taken aback by how suddenly and completely this type can lock into them, and by the depth of understanding of the other’s condition. They attach to others at an organic, root level, in contrast to the other subvariant’s surface formality. The sanctuary of home is of paramount concern, and this type takes particular delight in decorating their spaces to reflect their cherished sense of taste and depth. Depth and discrimination characterize this stacking.

Motivation: to live in a secure, comfortable environment where they can pursue their private interests in depth.

Calories on food are the amount of energy provided by digestion. Your body uses a certain amount of energy per day for various activity levels. If you spend more calories than you replenish, you lose weight. There is also a ratio (forgot the name) for each food that shows how much energy is required for digestion (it's lower than the amount gained, by a large amount).

Heat of your food is inconsequential to losing weight, other than that you may not want to eat foods that are the wrong temperature, and some, like potatoes, are difficult to eat raw.

Counting calories is helpful, to a fault. It has definitely helped me lose 5 pounds here and there.
