Political Test (updated)

I know you all just love personality tests.

Here's a test that has been around for a while, went offline, was updated and now came back in November. The test gives you a result in 7 different dimensions, all represented with dichotomies.

cosmopolitan - nationalistic
laicistic - fundamentalistic
visionary - reactionary
anarchistic - authoritarian
communistic - capitalistic
pacifistic - militaristic
ecological - anthropocentric

It's similar to the political compass test, but doesn't give you the characteristic four-quadrant-matrix. But unlike the political compass, which leaves the interpretation of the result to you, this tests gives you a "label". Unfortunately, the site is lacking descriptions of theses profiles.

It basically means you're not a full libertarian that promotes unregulated laissez faire capitalism, but that you support third way principles (like Bill Clinton) and a mixed market economy that attempts to redistribute social captial by granting access to public services that will increase equality of opportunity instead of just attempting to maintain equality of outcome. For example, It means you support giving disadvantaged people a hand up or temporary assistance instead of giving people a hand out by simply redistributing wealth to the disadvantaged, which discentivizes them to work. Neoliberal Democrats are essentially New Democrats like Bill Clinton that try to work within capitalism to achieve economic growth and prosperity, something they believe will help the poor. They're not reactionary but rather reformists who support a small decentralized government and free trade. Unlike libertarians who mostly want to privatize everything, neoliberal democrats believe in certain nationalized services.

I took the test: 'social democrat cosmopolitan.' The key for me is cosmopolitanism...

EDIT: What does that (cosmpolotanism) mean? It means that I don't consider myself to be better than anyone else because I am: Canadian, Caucasian, Christian, 'LII' personality type, or even a Detroit Pistons fan! In other words, all people have equal rights, unless they have shown that they are immoral in some way... From Wikipedia: "Philosophical cosmopolitans are moral universalists: they believe that all humans, and not merely compatriots or fellow-citizens, come under the same moral standards. The boundaries between nations, states, cultures or societies are therefore morally irrelevant." For the life of me, I cannot believe that some people would think that they are entitled more rights, because they come from a specific country, city, race, etc. That sounds like it's from the Dark Ages to me!
