I got 20 on this.
Many of the questions seemed particularly subjective (although this is probably true of most tests: perhaps if you become familiar with the spectrum of what is being asked, they don't seem so subjective).
“My typology is . . . not in any sense to stick labels on people at first sight. It is not a physiognomy and not an anthropological system, but a critical psychology dealing with the organization and delimitation of psychic processes that can be shown to be typical.” —C.G. Jung
I wonder if it can be correlated with weak Se in general. I see Ni-doms frequently explaining on their "rich inner worlds" that they never share with anyone, and Se-PoLR types often have problems being in crowds with people, especially when the people are behaving unpredictably and/or the people are packed together. So I could see different questions being picked by IxIs and xIIs that would lead to similar scores.
I got 2.
22-25 here.
(was a little bit ambivalent about ~3 questions, hence the range)

I also got 2. It seems like the test was at least partly oriented toward finding out if you get enough stimulation in a normal day. I do not. I like crowds, I like to have several things going on at once, I like coffee and stimulants, and my internal landscape is pretty simple.
The orientation of the questions was a surprise to me. I always thought that being a highly sensitive person would have more to do with having a hard time processing subjective interpersonal conflicts than it would have with modulating external sensory stimulation from one's surroundings.
On the other hand, since painkillers are able to alleviate emotional pain, it makes sense that the two things could be coupled.
22.
I hesitated on a couple of the questions.
13. I'm very distracted by extraneous sounds, I can't have music playing if I'm trying to focus on something verbal. That's probably not enough to count as HSP though so w/e
