Class on personality assessment

This semester I'm taking a class on personality assessment taught by a psychiatrist. After one class meeting, and after looking through the course materials, I'm not sure it will cover quite the same ground we normally do around here, but if there's sufficient interest, I'd be happy to update this thread with things I learn along the way.

So is anyone interested?

I'm definitely interested. I took a similar class once where we took the MBTI and there was a definite pattern to which types I got along with best. Most of the ones I'd chat with before and during class were ENFps. There was an INTj woman in there to (I guess socionics wise she would really be INTp.) She was always formal and polite, but you could tell she kept a long psychological distance with people.

That sounds really cool! I doubt you'll be focusing on socionics lol, but personality theory is fun whatever it happens to be and you guys will probably be studying more .. scientifically sound personality tests/theories.
