After reading his book Malignant Self-Love I would guess his type as EIE-Fe 8w7. Process/Evolutionary type (link) stood out from his writing as he has a way of over-complicating things. At the end of the book, he created this very elaborate step-by-step system of how the ego, superego, true self and false self interact to create the narcissistic personality, and I kept thinking where in the world is he getting this from. In any case, here is a quote from his blog that sounds rather Fe:

He's not a psychopath. He seems like an extreme LIE. In this case, empathy would be low but valued, in contrast to say, an SLE, where empathy is both low and not valued.

A more pronunced version of @mfckr comes to my mind. I like Ashton but I can see how other people might find him abrasive at times.

For some reason, I found him interesting and I used to read about him. He seemed like a Beta type. The fact that he's so self-revealing might say something about his type.

He wrote poetries and some were nice and quite beautiful. Apparently, he doesn't feel any emotions but just likes how the words are arranged in a certain way.

Looking back at it now, maybe most of them were mainly just bullshit. He seems comfortable with talking about some F topics.

I think his wife is EII maybe ESI. ET type. Probably ego. Loves himself. I don't know if this one qualifies a person as valuer. egos are more like rule bound know it all types (applied to different contexts) than self fixated in terms of valuing.
