Examples of DCNH compatible duals

There have been lots of examples of threads with famous dual pairs but I haven't seen one yet that deals with duals with compatible DCNH subtypes, so I thought I'd start one. In DCNH theory, C and H are duals; and N and D are duals.

Any good examples? They can be real or fictional characters.
