Ryoka... i just wanted to say, I resonate a lot with you. Not 100%, but maybe like 80-90%. I too find writing to be highly therapeutic when i'm upset or overwhelmed or have a lot going through my mind. I dont keep a formal journal or anything, but sometimes it happens on the forum, for example, or I'll just write a letter that i may or may never send. Invariably I feel a 1000x better after doing so, and depending on what the problem is, that process sometimes clarifies a solution/decision for me.
