    Default Time Team

Tony Robinson - SEE as suggested by socionics.com seems like it could be right.
Mick Aston - SLI or perhaps LSE
    Phil Harding - ESE

John Gator - some Thinking type. I had thought LII but this doesn't seem quite right. Maybe LSI?
    Stewart Ainsworth - perhaps EII
Chris Gaffney = some NF type perhaps

    Victor Ambrus = ?
    Carenza Lewis = LII
Jenni Butterworth = ? maybe Delta NF
    Helen Geake = EIE
Guy de la Bédoyère - gives a certain impression, not sure what (seems like he could be an Ej type, but then also a Ij type)
Francis Pryor - maybe LIE, or SLE
    Robin Bush - LIE
    Mark Horton - EIE
    Margaret Cox = ?
    Jackie McKinley = ?
    Mick the Dig / Twig = ?
    Katie Hirst = ?
    Brigid Gallagher = maybe LSE
    Paul Blinkhorn = maybe SLI
    Alice Roberts = IEE
    Sam Newton = EIE
    Mark Horton = EIE
    Neil Oliver = ?
    Beric Morley = ILI?
    Neil Holbrook = LSE
    Ben Robinson = maybe LSE?
    Alex Langlands = maybe EIE

Matt Williams - maybe ESI or IEE?
    Raksha Dave - ?
    Mary-Ann Ochota = ?

    Here's a program I've grown up with...

    Tony Robinson: IEI
Mick Aston (RIP): Delta ST, absolutely
Phil Harding: ESE works, definitely merry can we type flint?

    Not sure about Ainsworth...

I tried to think of any conflicts on the show but I don't think there are any especially (beyond the jokey ones)...of course it's not that kind of show. There's been some behind the scenes news stories in recent years about the changes to the format, but they probably tell us nothing.
