Well EIE is certainly possible, and without reading more about the topic I cannot assure, but VI-wise she seems to me closer to IEI-Fe than EIE. Fe-EIEs usually project more assertivity, and Ni-EIEs have more "back off, don't get closer" expression. And in general she seems quite relaxed in her pictures, more subdued than dominant, and lacks the peculiar gaze of creative Nis (although this is a poor indicator).

Her husband could be LII I think (or a very shy ILE).

She's pretty cunning….she constantly shadowed that guy she killed….her social mask (front) is serene and charming...underneath her mask, though, she's manipulative and nasty. One thing that stood out to me from her arrest on was the way she constantly changed her stories…lots of deceitful spin-doctorings and a pathological liar.

Gonna go with INFj….even psychopaths are typeable.

From the documentary she seems introverted - very soft-spoken (sincere style). But that could well be put on to accompany the new Mormon girl persona. Great actress, you almost want to hug her haha.
