    Default Tritype of Quadra stereotypes?

I was was thinking it'd be something like this:

    (Heart --> Head ---> Gut)

    Alpha: 2w3(/3w2-)7w6-9w1 So/Sx

    Beta: 4w3-7w8-8w7(/1w2) Sx/So (or Sx/Sp)

    Gamma: 3w?-6w5-1w2 Sp/Sx

    Delta: 2w1-6w7-9w1 Sp/So

What do you think? There's barely any substance to this but I was bored and decided to try it anyway.

maybe 3w4 and 8w9 for gamma... I initially considered some 4, but 4w5 is too removed and melancholic and 4w3 isn't... pragmatic or hands-on enough. 8w9 over 1w2 just because the emotional density/depth and insular aggression fits, even though there is a certain degree of loft (I just don't see frustration being pronounced enough for a 1 typing). sp/sx could make sense but I'm not entirely sure. as for delta, I would lean 1w9 > 9w1, as even though there's a certain Si laxness and passivity, moral undertones and a kind of emotional rigidity are present (in contrast the more open-ended, innocently conflicted alpha). sp/so also makes sense. I agree with beta (sx/so > sx/sp and 8w7 > 1w2... I think their perfectionism is more so-related) and alpha (2w3 > 3w2).

Based on the forum population, approximately weighted by each socionics type (which will have many problems):
    Alpha: 2w3, 5w4, 9wx
    Beta: 3w2:4w3, 6w7, 8w7
    Gamma: 3wx, 6w5, 8wx
    Delta: 3w4, 5w6, 9w1

I think possibly in the case of a type like SLE, it is perhaps too diffuse in terms of the enneagram to be well-represented (apart from the fact there aren't many SLEs here to give any compelling data).

    By order of strength:
    Alpha: 5w4, 2w3, 9wx
    Beta: 3w2:4w3, 6w7, 8w7
    Gamma: 6w5, 8wx, 3wx
    Delta: 9w1, 5w6, 3w4

This is not weighted by socionics type as there is simply insufficient data:

gonna go ahead and type the octants (some typings will overlap), as it's the only way for me to account for the subtleties I see occurring across quadras.

p-sub alpha: 2w1-6w7-9w8 so/sp. a kind of insular, somewhat passive social approach, one that emphasizes collective compliance and makes an effort to address localized emotional elements.

j-sub alpha: 3w2-6w7-9w1 so/sx. more idealism here, and a somewhat starker quality to the social process; competence is emphasized more, and social evolution occurs with an eye to the global.

j-sub beta: 4w3-7w6-1w2 so/sx. here it's about putting structures into practice; there's a more agile and dynamic style than that of j-sub alphas; emotions and people are organized; all is part of the 'cause'.

p-sub beta: 4w3-7w8-8w7 sx/so. here it's about the final leap, everything is put into motion; there's still some emotional turbulence below the surface, but the ideals and overall mission bring out quite a bit; impact is the priority.

p-sub gamma: 3w4-6w5-8w9 so-last. a bit more insular than beta, the mission takes on a more pragmatic and strategical quality; humanity is emphasized in principle, ideals are given utilitarian weight; probably the 'darkest' transition.

j-sub gamma: 3w2-6w7-1w2 so-primary. here politics becomes a bit more apparent; ideational and social elements become part of systemic apparatuses, there's a stronger drive to comply with overriding norms that have been developed through the transitional phase.

j-sub delta: 2w3-6w5-1w9 so/sp. there's some minor complacency here, in contrast to the j-sub gammas, as the norms have become part and parcel of the social process; but there's still work to be done. most everything becomes systemic, ideals and moral principles become object-like in consistency.

p-sub delta: 4w5-6w5-9w8 sp-primary. the most contained and internal stage; the moral code has been firmly established and rooted in the processes that now govern things; there's some compliance, and a decent amount of repression; things have become 'part of the land'.

That's really close to my self-typing. I have 4w5 as my heart fix but that's the part I'm least confident about. Also, people have typed as my as a 2w1 fix before.

That's a good one actually. The thing that strikes me about socionics' version of Ne is there's two main ways the static orientation to potential happens. One leans more like an explosion of possibilities to pursue without a larger trend they fit into, hence the static-ness amounts to a certain impulsive following of the possibilities for the sake they are there. That sounds more like the 7 way. There's also the option of viewing the static-ness in a bit closer to the "impartial abstracted observer" mentality, seeking what is going on in a way not allowing the objects to mercurially fuse with one's subjective experience. Somehow the former sounds more like Ne as opposed to sensation, and the latter sounds more like Ne as opposed to introverted perception. As Ne is both opposed to sensation and introverted perception, combined these make for Ne orientation. But certainly one can show a bias.

(Yes, yes, 5's can and often may be Ni-bases, but there's different takes on being the ultimate observer...)

    IEI - 4w5, 6w5, and some form of 9.

Alternatively try 1w2 or 2w1 in the unconscious sense. Even though we think we're evil, and might act evil, that is a lie. We will get wrapped up in the perceived and superficial and it will destroy us.

    Why 4w3 for Delta?

That was the one I was surest about.
Stratiyevskaya's description of the Delta quadral complex is very 4w3. Although it also seems 3w4, that's more Gamma.
The order of fixes is unimportant.

I find it interesting that in all cases of both quadra and individual type stereotypes with socionics, everyone's putting everything down as an image type. Anyone have any theories on that?

It's an arbitrary order that is close to numerical but keeps triads together.

That the image types generally come first numerically and "there is no order in tritypes!" is irrelevant. Most people give most individual types image types in general and not looking at statistics isn't an oversight.

Oh, whelp, didn't notice OP's heart --> head --> gut order! Kind of odd to me to have non-ordered tritypes, but with something as broad as this, I suppose it makes sense to just say "this is the heart/head/gut fix I'd normally associate with this quadra".
