I also considered EII (who the heck would post a modified pic online where he plays the misunderstood poet) , but his lifestyle and interests (plus the way he dresses etc.) make me think Gamma.

maybe it's that expression. But he's Fi. He works in a small school owned by a noisy Beta extrovert guy (probably sle) and handles the marketing part. Next to him he's extremely discrete and silent, communicates mostly through actions and eye stare (it makes me think of ESI descriptions : regulates distance by tone and look). Not very personable in a "fake default Fe" way with strangers or potential clients, talks only about required info ..as if he didn't even have any interest to sell anything. But yeah, I think he's unlikely to be a Logical type.

ESI-Fi is not super-judgmental, seems more gentle and reserved under normal circumstances. Someone was describing the 2 LSI subtypes around briefly and crisply: LSI-Ti has a big brain and a small hammer at their disposal, LSI-Se the other way round. Anyway if this dude is NF, he can only be EII.
