You have a blend of both Supportive and Dominant traits. Your Supportive traits are probably a little stronger than your Dominant traits.

Some words that describe you are:
    Helpful,
    Kind,
    Focused, and
    Methodical.
You are more reserved than outgoing. You probably prefer interacting with people one-on-one or in small groups rather than large crowds, and you likely enjoy interacting for a purpose other than just to interact and talk. You probably like to do things following a known or proven pattern, although you can likely take charge and make changes if needed.

This is our best guess about your style blend based on the short twelve question version of our DISC assessment.
I would question the "like to do things following a known or proven pattern", though. Hmm, and focused. I can sorta see from the questions why they might have methodical, but ehh, (it's a more recent effort to be more methodical).

I thought the questions were rather awful.

"your at work DISC style is S/C or C/S"

It´s a bit difficult for me to compare and contrast these results. I am now living in a culture that is a lot more "dominant" than my original one. In Italy I can be perceived as fairly dominant and fast-paced, in Germany I can sometimes be perceived as fairly peaceful and friendly (wrongly so, I´m usually accumulating resentment due to their sometimes excessive bluntness).
