Perhaps because ESTPs have narcissistic tendencies and need to be center of attention?? Do we really need to elaborate on ESTp hidden agenda here??

For me, its just because I sincerely want to improve my relations with them.
We get along fabulously at first only to have a big major dramatic clash down the road. I know these aren't bad people and this has a lot to do with build up because I'm unable to confront their behavior as it happens so it becomes one of those give an inch, take a mile situations.
Eventually, I lose my temper. When I lose my temper and patience with someone, I can be verbally very mean. I don't just toss insults like some people too. I analyze them and hit them in the places that hurts them the most. I talk to them like a scientist explaining to a lab rat why they behave as they do.
I end up looking like the biggest b1tch on the planet after the episode.
Many other types will take my hints and back off. I find you have to be direct with ESTps in a way that I'm not good at.

Good idea, I don't know much about them either.I think I’m going to start one on ISTj’s, don’t know too much about them.
