Default How to meet/recognize/seduce an ESTp

    Hahah...

Come on, I really want know.
    Being an INFp and all.
I threw away a chance to be with this one ESTp, which I totally regret now I gave him up to be with an ENFp! Dumb me.

He was very into me at the time. And now afterwards, it seems he still does extremely caring things, etc. but is very distant. However, I've really begun to realize what a great person he is and I've started to like him a lot. Trouble is, I'm not sure whether he will like me again, or still does. I don't really think so, at this point.

So how would I go about trying to rekindle this flame... or should I just give up and try meeting other ESTps? Heh..

    And how.

When you mean "moving backwards," do you mean going back to old interests that have been gone for a while?
    Yeah.

It just makes me sad because I might never have a chance with him again... and he was perfect. Hindsight is 20/20!

I think he may have a dormant interest though. He admitted a couple months back that he still liked me -- but that he was "confused" about a lot of things.

A lot of people say he is uncharacteristically nice to me. I thought he was like that to everyone, but now that I think about it, it's true. He "protects" me in a lot of ways and makes sure I'm okay.

The thing is, I'm scared to try and pursue anything because I know I hurt him a lot. And I am not sure how willing he is to run the risk of that again.

McDonalds or Burger King will do just fine, although not as romantic. Check with his friends, perhaps he likes Wendy's better...

Did you do that? Just curious.
    I would. He'd die I'm pretty sure.

I didn't really need to seduce him all that much, he was just plain into me. I made the first move though by holding his hand. And the first kiss was kind of...looking at each other and like "OMG WE NEED TO KISS GRAWR" (in our heads) and we just kissed at the same time, no one went first or anything.

After that things went pretty fast, but I was competely comfortable with it, and he didn't do anything until I gave the sign that I wanted him to. He was polite ^_^

Girl, you've got a lot of time. You'll have plenty of oppertunities to find Mr. Right. Don't get to caught up on one guy.

Yes, I understood that from the beginning.

As for your situation, ScarlettLux, I'm sure it will work out. You're cute enough to get a guy's attention.

But I still stand by what I said.

So ... any answers on my original questions?

Mostly, I just want to know how to tell if someone is ESTp.. like what are the strong initial signs? And how to initally attract them.

I wish I could help you

I tried to get away from my ESTp at first, but no one says no to an ESTp.

All I did was act uninterested, because I was.

Okayyy... lol. Bad situation -- ESTps DON'T like taking care of people right? *sigh* I think I'm too much of a person that needs to be taken care of. I think he's quite annoyed with my behaviour recently. I'd rather not get into it, but yeah.

I know so so so many. Send me a PM of where you live. I'm sure, being spontaneous as they are, they would love to fly to see you.

Easy, learn to VI them and then send them a message asking them to get together for coffee with you. They are so open and flexible, that they will do it in a heartbeat.

The result is that sometimes I can be overly impersonal or self-centered in my approach, not being understanding of others in the process and simply thinking "you should do this" or "everyone should follor this rule"..."regardless of how they feel or where they're coming from"which just isn't a good attitude to have.
