his head is shaped different. you can't do that with surgery.

In one sequence of photos, they are aligning the eyes by comparing the gap of the bridge of the nose. In the other, they are aligning them by the eyelashes / makeup of the outer corner of the eye. Thus it is an illusion. It is Paul in all pictures, including the double.

The chin is longer also which is easy to do with plastic surgery..

i don't think the head shape/proportions are that drasticly different, certainly not enough to say that there's plastic surgery. they can easily be accounted for by losing baby fat, different expressions, and growing drug use.

I'm fairly sure the heads shape changes slightly over years. The flesh on the face will change too... weight fluctuates, and I'm sure the muscles themselves change. The skin also changes. The whole face sags a little more as you age. The eyes actually look the same to me
