That's interesting that you say that. When I am with him I use Se more and when he is with me, he uses Ni more. It was the same with my other SEI friend as well. Usually she would do things quickly and carelessly, not thinking much about her task and the quality of it. But when she was around me, she would take her time to do things right and think things through more. Usually I take a lot of time to do things, thinking about every step and what way is the best way to complete the task with the best resulting quality, changing things up a few times, but when I was around her, I was so much more efficient. I would do things very quickly and simply. I wouldn't think about petty little things that in the end didn't matter much. Also, she said that when she was around me, she was more conscious of time, about when things needed to be completed and in what order they needed to be completed for everything to work out. Naturally, she has terrible foresight but when she was around me, she considered future consequences more.
