It's VERY tough to type based on just one posed picture like that. The ideal photos needed for VI or natural, unposed pictures, ideally when the person is looking away and doesn't realize a picture is being taken of them.

That said, from just that one picture, I am seeing both Ne+Fi. I get the impression of Delta NF. Slight chance of either Gamma SF or Alpha NT.
