Default How many times a week do you work out or do cardio training?

How many times a week do you work out or do cardio training? Stuff like dancing(besides fitness dances like Zumba) or playing basketball don't count in this poll as cardio training.

Example: If your LIE or ILI you take NiTe Ego. In my poll NiTe is the same like TeNi etc.

Not many time these days if at all, but if you want some tips, feel free to hit me. Besides, your poll is missing FiSe and TeSi. TeNi and FiNe, etc...

Not to mention ego is clumped together.

Alpha-Beta-Gamma-Delta, literally four options and saves space instead of breaking it down further.

Oh okay, have a good harvest. Voted.

Best way is to workout a routine as to when to do your workout and where to do your workout, anyway.

I placed my vote in the "NiTe" cathegory, I believe that's what you were asking for.

Why do you think that playing basketball or soccer should not count?

    Hahahha.

Even faster walk from home to, say, grocery store is cardio training. Wouldn't advise doing it on machines, though...

I played soccer in the second highest junior league (Coca Cola Junior League A) and took part in the national track cycling championship. Of course that didn't save me from getting whiped

I want to figure out if non playfull sport activities are correlated with a certain IE Ego combination.

    Thanks for participation

Well, as you then likely understand, you can take soccer very seriously, especially today's soccer which is very physical.

So does cycling count as cardio training or do you have to be at the gym?

I walk to the train station about 1 mile each day. *Lazy ass*

I run 5Ks every once in a while. I should do weights. I'm waiting for Arnold to be my personal trainer (maybe not).

I'm constantly looking to align the real with the ideal.I've been more oriented toward being overly idealistic by expecting the real to match the ideal. My thinking side is dominent. The result is that sometimes I can be overly impersonal or self-centered in my approach, not being understanding of others in the process and simply thinking "you should do this" or "everyone should follor this rule"..."regardless of how they feel or where they're coming from"which just isn't a good attitude to have. It is a way, though, to give oneself an artificial sense of self-justification. LSE

cycling, swimming, running is classic cardio training and counts.

Soccer etc i don't let count not because it isn't physical enough but because there's also a playfull side

At the gym I just see all the time guys who do for example squats or benchpresses really wrong just that they can put on more weight. Do you think that might be type related?

    Colloquially-speaking, ego-related.

Currently, not at all. I've gained some weight this summer though and I'm now determined to drop the weight fairly quickly. I'll start out by exercising a slight amount every day and eventually ramp it up to maybe ten hours a week. I'm going to win this holiday battle of the buldge.
