Without diabetes? Has anyone created a solid diet plan that helps them?

I think that such a problem should be resolved by experts. Did you address your question to the professional doctors?

Yes, after my diets (weight loss) i became hypoglycemic (and very carbs sensitive- after eating 2 slices of white bread i would get dizzy and really hot not in a good way). Just eat ~2000- 2500 calories (or how much you need, there are calculators around the net), eat snacks between meals and you will be fine unless you have some real issues.

I have it. I find that protein helps me stay full longer. Eating a ton of bread carbs and not much else will drop me sooner. And, of course, I watch how much sugar I'm putting into my body at a given time.

Protein intake actually is not advised under such condition. May cause further problems.

That only works if you can stomach that much honey straight. But yeah, snacking is good. I usually just eat multiple meals a day. Of course, this causes weight gain, so I have to learn how to snack part of the time and eat meals the other part.
