It's better you find out now. I used one all of last year that apparently will give me cancer.

Words, words, don't be so negative. Seriously you sound as if life is killing you and I don't think Nietzsche was right when he uttered "what doesn't kill you, makes you stronger", unless he thought about being dead all the time.

I'm constantly looking to align the real with the ideal.I've been more oriented toward being overly idealistic by expecting the real to match the ideal. My thinking side is dominent. The result is that sometimes I can be overly impersonal or self-centered in my approach, not being understanding of others in the process and simply thinking "you should do this" or "everyone should follor this rule"..."regardless of how they feel or where they're coming from"which just isn't a good attitude to have. It is a way, though, to give oneself an artificial sense of self-justification. LSE

And please be very careful with the above advice and websites. That guy up there is also anti-evolution and believes that the Theory of Relativity is false. What kind of person declares himself an expert on a disease without proper credentials and convinces people to follow his unfounded advice, knowing full well that they might die?

As for the sunscreen, I just realized that they forgot to charge me for it at the store. Funny.

When I read the title, I thought of a real bad horror movie idea.

If you're bothered about it, you could easily make your own sunblock with a (non-nano) zinc oxide powder. And/or rock the parasol look.

That's how some of these sunscreen ingredients (oxybenzone particularly) are actually supposed to be damaging to skin: once exposed to sunlight, they can lead to oxidative damage to DNA.

I thought that name sounded familiar. They were also the people who made a big fuss about cell phones causing cancer.

The main ingredients are the ones I'd be worried about. Zinc oxide and titanium dioxide because they actually block UVA and B and don't degrade causing greater damage than the sun...Much of the skin cancer rise is attributed to this and that they only block the UVB (which is the wavelength that causes adaptaive melanin increase which also protects against UV A). I agree this website is scaremongering to an extent though.
