Um, they like to do typical extraverted activity, SLE go to places, or revisit, that give off the greatest sensory experience, like out to eat to a specific restaurant that may have "the best" lobster, or whatever food they have interest in; or, escape to a spot that has a spectacular view.

LSI like doing new things, concerts, bars, pubs, like getting together with their friends and entertaining with a bbq.

Erm, it's very specific to the person...one SLE friend I have loves to party, be with people, he loves going on cruises lol; you go out with him and he knows literally EVERYONE you walk past! My boyfriend is very introverted for an SLE he enjoys being with me mostly, he likes to read, cook, play games...he's a party animal when he does party but he doesn't do that often, at parties he likes to play music and dance, I am definitely the more sociable one (but then I am in college, and he tends to find it difficult to truly connect to people).

My other SLE friend and housemate, is really insular as well. She likes going out with our group of friends and hanging with her boyfriend. I think her and my boyfriend are both very selective, and take a long time to build up connections and trust with people, in contrast to my very social SLE friend. She is interested in nature and we are planning on going kickboxing, which I guess is quite beta or se .

As for LSI's - one of my friends is VERY practical and productive (we are at uni together/college to you ) and she basically is on like 4 social commities, she does a lot of sport (horse riding, tennis), has a marketing job, is a student representative (give lectures on our uni)She's busy, busy. She also loves being in social groups, enjoys being single...having male conquests. So she is very social and productive...but seems to do these things to fill an emptiness or only because she feels she should do them (enneagram one).

Both my boyfriend and my bust lsi friend, don't seem to follow inspirations, they just seem to sleepwalk through what they do.... When I am with them, I want to pull them in to what is meaningful and exciting; adventures, cooking, being with great people, talking about philosophy and interesting things... I want to try and make the spark for them, because they just seem to approach what they do in their free time as what everyone else seems to do, rather than what they truly enjoy - I guess it's weak fi.

The other LSI friend I have works in a coffee shop, works out (she wants to become a personal trainer) and gets high and hangs out with her friends at clubs and parties.

    So in a nutshell;
socialising (party animals and mad socialising...but also totally insular at the other end of the spectrum), work - or something which will enable them to get a good job/further their position at work; so work functions, extra-curricular activities (such as my lsi friend above ) or personal hobbies; come to think of it, a lot of my sle/lsi friends tend to lock into very specific area of intellectual interest or an author; my boyfriend loves social science (Malcom Gladwell), was really into typology as well and my LSI friend at uni/college loves psychology of marketing and motivation; they are extensive readers on the specific areas that interest them . Apart from this nothing really spectacular or definitive from what I have seen . I suppose they seem to do what most people my age do! But hope this helps a little

    I self type as LSI.

I Skype with my best online friend (SLE... I met her at personality cafe several years ago). We swap recipes, attachment parenting articles, discuss child development, and study books on gender, abnormal psychology, and gender together. Sometimes we competitively cook together. The time difference is 14 hours which is frustrating, but we make it work.

I have movie nights with friends frequently and go out to restaurants, museums, and the theater as often as possible. Our favourite thing to do is go to opera in the park whilst having a picnic and wine.

I practice my Russian, brush up on German, and write to my father in Italian. I enjoy learning languages and I feel that it's important to keep using it otherwise you lose it.

Card games are a big part of our socializing. We also play DnD. I'm usually the dungeon master.

    Yes!
You seek a great fortune, you three who are now in chains. You will find a fortune, though it will not be the one you seek.
But first you must travel a long and difficult road, a road fraught with peril.
You shall see things, wonderful to tell. You shall see a... cow... on the roof of a cotton house. And, oh, so many startlements.
I cannot tell you how long this road shall be, but fear not the ob-stacles in your path, for fate has vouchsafed your reward.
Though the road may wind, yea, your hearts grow weary, still shall ye follow them, even unto your salvation

You may have fooled the others Marista, but you don’t full me. I think you’re some mega-troll. A day will come, maybe not today, and probably not tomorrow. Marista is a combined version of the dolphins in “The Hitch Hikers Guide to the Galaxy”

My bf skydives, watches skydiving videos, hangs out with friends, plays video games... normal stuff, really. Sometimes he also likes to beat up weedy children in alleyways, just to prove he's SLE.

    lol Raver

The truth about this is that objects are not type related. One can never say that LSE, or any other type like books because it's not about like or dislike, it's about information metabolism. It's about experiencing the sensations of the book one holds for themselves. For instance an SLE can tell you a really nice story about a time when they had some association with a book and an LSE can say he likes to read a book (an activity, motion).

Same as here : movies out or with friends and talks / debates about them , going out in pubs, bars, cafes with colleagues, partners in crimes. Museums and theater sometimes, concerts, shows , no opera for me, not my thing. Parties when I'm invited and they're not organized by ILIs (which means 4 hours of philosophy, crappy cocktails and Ratatouille as the best dish). I don't skype or stuff, I see no point in online hobbies or friendship.
