I saw the movie J. Edgar, which gave me a glimpse into his personality. Imo, he is a Te-LSE 1w9 sp/so based on what I saw from the movie.

Some LSEs can come across that way as seeming rather harsh on the surface to people for whatever reason, but once you get to know them better you realize that deep down most of them are actually quite gentle imo. The movie actually does a good job of showing this as you realize there are two sides to the man.Originally Posted by felafel

Yeah they were extreme. I don't see why a LSE would be opposed to extreme methods in the name of justice. Imo, a lot of his extreme behaviour was a result of being an unhealthy 1 as in pursuing justice no matter the cost.

I'm constantly looking to align the real with the ideal.I've been more oriented toward being overly idealistic by expecting the real to match the ideal. My thinking side is dominent. The result is that sometimes I can be overly impersonal or self-centered in my approach, not being understanding of others in the process and simply thinking "you should do this" or "everyone should follor this rule"..."regardless of how they feel or where they're coming from"which just isn't a good attitude to have. It is a way, though, to give oneself an artificial sense of self-justification. LSE

Yeah his behaviour has bothered me as well for these reasons. I would offer LSI as an alternative typing though he mainly just strikes me as being an unhealthy 1 imo.

Okay then, I can see why you would think that considering his appalling behaviour. Though of course deltas are not exempt from such dastardly acts.

I don't think that was his main focus. You have to think of the time period and his position too. Seems like he was a paranoid wreck. Estj's get jealous too.
