    Default S.A.D light boxes

Has anyone used one? Did it have any noticeable affect on you?

That sort of sun lamp/bulb is inexepensive. Might as well give it a go. I've been tempted to try one a number of times but it always slips my mind when I happen to be in a store.

"How could we forget those ancient myths that stand at the beginning of all races, the myths about dragons that at the last moment are transformed into princesses? Perhaps all the dragons in our lives are princesses who are only waiting to see us act, just once, with beauty and courage. Perhaps everything that frightens us is, in its deepest essence, something helpless that wants our love."

Yeah... Rain. England will do that

Anyway, during many days in winter, there is just not enough light intensity for me to wake up properly even if I can go out for a while. I used to blast through it with excessive use of caffeine. But that's not too healthy and I still get irritable as fuck.

I ordered one on sale. Heard mixed views. Will report back.
