You know that feeling when your mom comes to your school to bring in the dorky glasses you purposefully left at home and makes sure you put them on before she leaves in front of all your friends? That is the feeling I have at this moment. But it's okay. Rosey Grier is telling me it's okay to feel things.
Nah, just kidding. That was really sweet. I give you this bit of the warm and fuzzies:
"How could we forget those ancient myths that stand at the beginning of all races, the myths about dragons that at the last moment are transformed into princesses? Perhaps all the dragons in our lives are princesses who are only waiting to see us act, just once, with beauty and courage. Perhaps everything that frightens us is, in its deepest essence, something helpless that wants our love."
-- Rainer Maria Rilke, Letters to a Young Poet
