    What types have the most aptitude for philosophy/deep thought? Why and how ?

    Any type that's capable of intelligent thought and ability to express himself succinctly.

    Succinct expression is unnecessary, but yes. I never have witnessed it being type-related nor could I emphasize so far as to what is truly a deep thought from a shallow one. It really depends on the depth the individual assumes is there, since it's ultimately subjective. ie. I'm sure you could eventually form a deep realization using only three words over and over in a particular order, or equally form a deep realization using tacos as the main subject.

    Yes aptitude, not ability. For example there is subtype of the INTp( Ni-INTp) that is being described as the philosopher, I would like to know what of his (cognitive) functions gives him this aptitude , then why for example another ni-SUBTYPe(ni-intj) is not ...
