If a person with hemophilia or fragile X syndrome is more evolved, then yes you are more evolved.

I remember reading a book stating that blood types form a basic personality type. I realized it was most likely nonsense when I read the descriptions of the personality type that belonged to my blood type and noticed little to no similarity with my own personality.
