    Default Yet another VI thread

I actually have a pretty good idea of this guy's type, but as usual I'd rather have you guys pull a type out of your ass before I say it.

    SLI and SEE.. probably.
    -
    Dual type (as per tcaudilllg)
    Enneagram 5 (wings either 4 or 6)?

I'm constantly looking to align the real with the ideal.I've been more oriented toward being overly idealistic by expecting the real to match the ideal. My thinking side is dominent. The result is that sometimes I can be overly impersonal or self-centered in my approach, not being understanding of others in the process and simply thinking "you should do this" or "everyone should follor this rule"..."regardless of how they feel or where they're coming from"which just isn't a good attitude to have. It is a way, though, to give oneself an artificial sense of self-justification. LSE

I've never met her, so I can't say if she's SLI or not.

That's probably not a bad typing. He's a very cerebral guy, very idealistic. I've messed around with alpha NT or IEE, delta only because he is really interested in how the world would be a better place or something. Knowledgeable but also very atypical in his political beliefs. I wouldn't call him socialistic, but he's on the far side of the Occupy movement spectrum of things. He's a very intelligent guy that knows how to argue his points, and amiable too. Has a habit of not seriously making race jokes about white people.

Yeah, in like a delta valuing Humanist kinda way?

And argues his point maybe in a Te fashion?

You're going to have to explain what that means before I can say yes or no, but I'm also in the process of reworking my socionics understanding from the ground up (while simultaneously and perhaps in a contradictory manner giving less of a shit about it) so I'll be honest and tell you that, Maritsa, you're a lovely human being but in all reality my immense skepticism of your methods outweighs even my inherent skepticism of my own lack of method. Don't take that as an insult or anything. It's just I'm quickly coming to the conclusion that maybe, just maybe, my natural perception of people doesn't need to be ironed out according to the codifications of this particular theory and, imo, its questionable validity and that's its better if I just go with my gut and not try and quantify or qualify the visceral pleasure or uncomfortability I encounter with people irl. Love you .
