    Default Supposed introduction

    Hi everyone!
I don't really like it when I have to introduce myself, but well, let me tell a story of how I got here:

I recently started reading and discussing a lot of socionics with some friends. I really like how well the model fits what can be observed in all kinds of people, while using so few basic concepts.

So I wanted to try and talk to people over the net about it. I'm not really a forums person, but I'll give this a shot.

Oh, yes, I should say, I'm an IEI / INFp.

I don't like direct sunlight shining on me (unless it's really cold outside).
So, especially in summer, when I'm walking outside, I go out of my way to walk in the shade.
At first I did it consciously, but in time it became automatic.

Nice stuff. You totally sound like a friend of mine. I'm really going to think now that he's IEI too!

That is funny. I love direct sunlight showering on me and if it is summer then even better. The only exception, when I must seek the shade in summer, is when I try to run any harder than a really low level intensity. I can walk fine in the sunlight, and slow run is OK too, but anything a little faster and I'll fizzle out really fast, within like 20minutes.

In your case, is it that, physical issues, or just a subjective preference?

another IEI, welcome and i hope you enjoy your stay here. My only problem with the sun is if i stay out for too long, then i start to heat up and start getting migraines. Everything goes down hill from there so whenever I'm out i try to get under shade as much as possible

I like colder temperatures than most people around me (I'd rather it doesn't go above 20°C), so the sun's heat is my main problem.
But, again in contract to most people I know, sunny whether is also somewhat psycologically depressing to me. Like the sun is putting pressure on my mind. Cloudy days make me happy.

I'm constantly looking to align the real with the ideal.I've been more oriented toward being overly idealistic by expecting the real to match the ideal. My thinking side is dominent. The result is that sometimes I can be overly impersonal or self-centered in my approach, not being understanding of others in the process and simply thinking "you should do this" or "everyone should follor this rule"..."regardless of how they feel or where they're coming from"which just isn't a good attitude to have. It is a way, though, to give oneself an artificial sense of self-justification. LSE
