    Default Sprouting!

Was wondering if anyone has had any experience sprouting wheat berries? What do you think of this practice?

Sometimes I sprout seeds, but not as much as I wish I did.
I use a mason jar and a sprouting top. But you can just use the top ring and some cheesecloth.
I've used the sprouts as a sandwich topping and as 'noodles' for spaghetti sauce or 'mac'n'cheese'. I've also dehydrated them and ground them up to use as a flour, as well.

A plastic plate lined with cotton balls; keep the cotton balls moist, throw whatever seeds you want on their and let them do their thing

I'm constantly looking to align the real with the ideal.I've been more oriented toward being overly idealistic by expecting the real to match the ideal. My thinking side is dominent. The result is that sometimes I can be overly impersonal or self-centered in my approach, not being understanding of others in the process and simply thinking "you should do this" or "everyone should follor this rule"..."regardless of how they feel or where they're coming from"which just isn't a good attitude to have. It is a way, though, to give oneself an artificial sense of self-justification. LSE

    I have!

I've done, wheat berries, rice, beans, and almonds. Boiled sprouted wheat berries actually make quite an interesting breakfast meal...

spinach sprouts mostly, soak the seeds in a cup of water over night, drain water, dump on top of a paper towel laden plate, eat

I don't do it very often. I'd rather just grow spinach.
