Default List the top SIX types that talk the most.

I need to know, in your experience, what are the types that are the biggest chatterboxes.

I just met one in real life and I'm exhausted.

Hm from my experience that would be ENTj. The biggest chatterboxes ever. The other ones are ENFj, ESFj, ESTj. But it depends on an individul.

    What type is your chatterbox?

ESE, EIE, LIE, ILE are tops of this category IME. Maybe some SLEs, SEEs.
But, for a certainty, back then,
We loved so many, yet hated so much,
We hurt others and were hurt ourselves...

Yet even then, we ran like the wind,
    Whilst our laughter echoed,
    Under cerulean skies...

extraverts, leading subtype, this puts them on the more extreme side of the introversion-extraversion spectrum
introverts, contact/creative function subtypes, though later after a few hours of talking your ears off they will retreat and go quiet
    also e2, e3, e7, social variants

agree with most of that, but ILE are often outright quiet, especially the closeted geek variety.

quiet SLE are also far from uncommon. they're pretty commonly seen in a "strong silent type" variation.

What you need to know is when to leave a bad situation.

My mums fiancee talks a bit too much, I'm an introvert but I'm not happy with one-sided convos.. I have to admit that I feel 'exhausted' sometimes afterwards. He'll turn a noramal convo into like a big vomit especially when drunk, I feel like running away. When I'm on the phone to my EIE aunt she can talk my ears off aswell but unlike Te & Fi verbal diarhea it doesn't make me uncomfortable

I used to know an SLE-Se like that. But the Ti-subtypes (even the 7s!) are a lot less chatty, overall.

With this person though, it was like one big monologue. Then he'd stop and wait for me to monologue back or something and give me no feedback. No listening noises or other "normal" conversational cues. It was so odd!

I hate not having conversational cues too, especially when I'm trying to explain something, gah.
I was thinking rational, yes, which is one of the reasons I think I'm settling on LIE for him. He also had a weird semi-scowl on his face when I was talking that was throwing me off! I doubt he even realized it was there. hahaha

I think "strong and silent type" could easily be a number of types, both enneagram and socionics. I know an ESE-Si 6w7 so/sp who plays the "strong and silent type" with frequency.
