Default Hello... LII here!! Nice to meet you guys!! :D

I am not new to forums, but I am new to Socionics and I found that this forum is famous for Socionics and I came to check it out...

I am a self-typed LII and I think I might be an subtype, but I don't really care about subtypes at this point as I am more interested in checking out this place and learning Socionics.

I would be happy if you can introduce me to interesting threads and discussions going on around here. Thanks!

Oh, just click on "What's New" near the top of the page. This site is still slow enough that you can pick up on most of what's going on like that.

Well, I came by to have a look at this forum and saw your name in the forum section for some recent posts... It was obvious from your post count that you became active here recently and I thought I could have an old friend if I joined...

BTW, Why does it say I don't have permission to look at your profiles? How can I send friend request to people then??

    Welcome, Black Death!

I know the permission thing is in place for new people, not sure when it clears, whether it's 10 posts or a few days or w/e. But pretty soon you can look at people's profiles and friend request them.

Well, I was too lazy to check out the features of the forum and thought I could update my profile a little later... but assuming that the question is as straight forward as it looks at the first glance, I think my answer would be - I am "arguably" a straight male.

    Are you an ILE?

Thanks for asking me for that... but I don't want to show my face yet...

I am a little bit guarded about showing my face and speaking to people (because I am not a native speaker of English) and that's the reason why I didn't post my pictures or videos even in the other forum I am in. Now, you can attribute that to my PoLR if you think I am right in identifying things around me and for now assume that you are dealing with an LII here. Common, I am not lying and trust Alphas man!!

For some other information about me:

Enneagram: 5w4 so/sp/sx (tritype probably something like 5-4-8... I am not interested in that theory yet...)
    MBTI: INTP
    Global5: RCUEI

I can't remember others at this point...

Yeah! that's actually a good idea... I thought of knowing not only "Recent threads/posts", but also "Interesting/all time favorites"... BTW, thanks for reminding me that I have to check out my what's my monitor is displaying (properly)...

EDIT: I just found out that the "Interesting/all time favorites" things I was intending to ask for, are actually bundled up in a separate sub-forum named "Articles". I think I have bunch of things to check out here... Thanks again!!

Thanks for telling me that... Not much a problem if it is 10 posts thing... but waiting for days sounds creepy (and most improbable if not useless)...

Don't worry... you will get a friend request too... coz I like Mountain Dew.

You should be able to test your own Ti to determine that.

Is there any LII manifesto to guide me? Does sending friend requests be counted as a sin?

I guess asking stupid questions like that will be... So, I won't do that.

I mentioned neither subtype nor gender. Review labocat's request before voicing further conjecture.

A conjecture for a conjecture... nice way of replying. Because I didn't speak about gender when I said that second time... I was speaking about my username "Black Death" and asking you who, if the other guy, already exists.

Now, if I was wrong again somewhere, then I would say "What the Hell... I give up man!!"...

    guy - singular noun:
    A man
    syn. fellow, chap, lad, bloke
    "He's a nice guy."

    guys - plural noun:
    People of either sex
    "You guys want some coffee?"

You asked about a sole guy, not about plural guys (which can also be exclusively male), so you spoke of gender. How's that Ti holding up?

You said that I am "second" one, which means I should assume that there already is only one of them, so I didn't assume it was about gender. Glad my is still intact...

    Nice copy-paste over there...

Now, my posting of "one" or "guy" is actually after you posted that I am "second", making your argument (trying to say that your posting of "gender" is right) useless.

Speaking anyway about what you are trying to (that can be attributed to and if I am not wrong), I didn't understand what you meant when you said "one: thus denotatively male via singularity". Does "one" also denote male like "guy" does? I think you forgot to copy-paste about "one", in that case.

Don't worry... I am not Russian or something. (Of course, my presence in this forum indicates that).

I am from India... and among all those languages they speak here, Telugu is my native language.

I have a friend who is a refugee from Bhutan, he is an ethnic Nepali. He barely speaks English. I do some work for the charity that helped him and his family find work and a place to stay here in Kansas City. We got him a job at the same place that I also work at - a different charity. So, I can give some sympathy to you for your linguistic difficulties. He is far worse than you are. (He speaks Hindi and Nepali fluently- and handles English ok, but is clearly weak with it.)

I now see two sterotypes in you. You are unfailingly polite - an LII trait that is also very Indian!

I now see two sterotypes in you. You are unfailingly polite - an LII trait that is also very Indian!

Thanks! I take that as a compliment!!

I can see something in your post, that might not be of much importance. The guy you are speaking about is from Bhutan/ Nepal.. but neither of them belong to India. As you might have already known, India is different country. But still, we don't require "exact" details to form a stereotype (a "symbol" in Jungian sense)... So, I still take that as a compliment.
