I've read many places he is IEI.
    He is yummy.
And I would hide my face in you and you would hide your face in me, and nobody would ever see us any more.

The video for his song "Crossfire" always makes me feel like I'm watching an IEI/SLE action adventure movie, with Brandon playing the IEI character and Charlize Theron playing the tough SLE character that comes in and rescues him. He just looks at her and smiles sheepishly.

    Updated typing: SLI-Te so/sx

His thinking style is very likely V-S - he searches at random, trying out different things, trial-and-error kind of deal, and apparently finds that this kind of unpredictability exciting. The flow of his thoughts seems haphazard, where one thought skips over the next one.

    Relevant quotes:

"I'm searching for something. When we came out, we were wearing suits. My dad didn't wear stuff like that, but I was into David Bowie. It was a combination of him and the whole Vegas thing of wanting to put on a show. That started and then we began writing rock songs that went down a different road, and, I don't know, things keep evolving. I keep trying things. I really would be happy to just find one thing and stick with that. I'm getting closer! The more I work out and the more I feel comfortable in my own skin, the more simple it becomes and the more comfortable I feel onstage."

"I'm awful! I got this car, and it doesn't have a CD player! I didn't realize until a week after I got it! I have 200 CDs in the backseat just melting in the sun. So I listen to a lot of classic rock radio stations and there's a new station that plays an eclectic mix of stuff and they are constantly playing songs I've never heard of, like "Eminence Front" by The Who. I'll listen for a lyric so that I can Google it. Things like that have been exciting."

    Dual type (as per tcaudilllg)
    Enneagram 5 (wings either 4 or 6)?

I'm constantly looking to align the real with the ideal.I've been more oriented toward being overly idealistic by expecting the real to match the ideal. My thinking side is dominent. The result is that sometimes I can be overly impersonal or self-centered in my approach, not being understanding of others in the process and simply thinking "you should do this" or "everyone should follor this rule"..."regardless of how they feel or where they're coming from"which just isn't a good attitude to have. It is a way, though, to give oneself an artificial sense of self-justification. LSE

look at his movements; they are sharp, sudden; he extends his arm out to say "hi" in this "I'm here!" gesture.

if I went with perceptual I would say ESTp

I'm going for ESTp and confirm on that.
