At the least, watch the pilot episode (hulu, maybe youtube).
Everything is connected to everything. An action by one person, at one time, will be part of a chain of actions culminating in a number of 'results'. (not really results, as those actions are themselves part of a few other chains themselves)
With Ni, there's not really anything concrete linking them, but abstract inference.
The show uses a particular number series as it's abstract connective inference, but that would just be one example.
Imo, it's the abstract inference of connections that gives Ni its 'spritual' flavor.
And when one projects those inferences in time, Ni takes on the flavor of 'predictions' and 'future'.
Anyways, not sure if I'll watch too many episodes, but it was a decent first watch.
(couldn't say too much without this post being one big spoiler, sorry for the lack of details)
