    Default Identifying an INFj

Most of us are really skinny.
Look for casual and comfortable dress, usually we like our hair up in public or completely down; we look and walk kind of stoopy like this:

Have an enigmatic look like this:

    -
    Dual type (as per tcaudilllg)
    Enneagram 5 (wings either 4 or 6)?

I'm constantly looking to align the real with the ideal.I've been more oriented toward being overly idealistic by expecting the real to match the ideal. My thinking side is dominent. The result is that sometimes I can be overly impersonal or self-centered in my approach, not being understanding of others in the process and simply thinking "you should do this" or "everyone should follor this rule"..."regardless of how they feel or where they're coming from"which just isn't a good attitude to have. It is a way, though, to give oneself an artificial sense of self-justification. LSE

Skinniness has nothing to do with it. I've known some fat EII guys. And you're not enigmatic.

This is Balzac. Balzac is a chubby little man even though he is typed ILI by many people, he isn't even sensing nor does he value Si.
He drank buckets of coffee, though.

Body types might influence your impression of ones type, but I guess this shouldn't be overestimated or used as an argument. (Like: "You're fat. IEIs are never fat! You're not an IEI!!!")

Lol, you had me confused in the first two.
    I was like
.. Sultry? How is that sultry, it's more like sulky...who would think that was sexy??
... Intellectual? Is he making fun of F types now?

But I finally got it with the empathetic one! Lol

Though, the last one could very well apply to being concerned about his partners health.
"If you,ve got no stds, we could have some fun..."
Or ..."blue balls is bad for your health, lemme take care of that for you,"

Me neither, WA. I think betas and alphas are a little more likely to be fat valuing +Si.. but enviromental factors/ emotional coping style, have much more influence over weight than sociotype does.

Sure, but Ses indulge in food for all the wrong reasons. They don't really care about flavor and texture; they just eat.

This is true, and the most rock-solid way to type Se egos is to notice that they eat things like cardboard boxes, old magazines, discarded food scraps from restaurant Dumpsters, Twinkies, and Coke Zero.

    It all makes sense now.

No mistake, you know I like the +/- elements. Betas value + and -

Si isn't just about instantaneous hedonistic fulfillment, it's also about avoiding discomfort. Some Si valuers will process this by equating an unhealthy lifestyle to negative sensations, "if I don't take care of myself, I'm going to feel uncomfortable and look horrible"

To be quite honest, I think you can use any IE to make excuses for being overweight or as a motivating tool to be healthy/look better

Looks like an attempt at a serious thread failed just a little bit.

Just think of it as Alphas and Betas having a form of Sensing that is paired with Ti/Fe(Merry/Subjectivist Sensing) , and Gammas and Deltas having a form of Sensing that is paired with Fi/Te(Serious/Objectivist Sensing).
