I'm constantly looking to align the real with the ideal.I've been more oriented toward being overly idealistic by expecting the real to match the ideal. My thinking side is dominent. The result is that sometimes I can be overly impersonal or self-centered in my approach, not being understanding of others in the process and simply thinking "you should do this" or "everyone should follor this rule"..."regardless of how they feel or where they're coming from"which just isn't a good attitude to have. Yeah, you're right about that, but that is exactly the point. It's just the "wrong" texture or consistency. Some people don't mind if they just have the taste of it, as in molecular gastronomy but I don't like this, it's too artificial imho.

Oh yeah, same here. I rarely drink anything I dont think tastes good also, even though thats not really the point in drinking to me. I guess say I would try it because I like to try out new drinks when Im at bars and stuff, and I have a hard time imagining what something would taste like if Ive never tasted it, so it hard for me to rule it out as " not wroth drinking".
I don't think I'd like it, but you never know. Any brand?
