I've said elsewhere that I consider the Mobilizing function to be the attention, acceptance and recognition seeking function. However, I feel this only applies to extroverted types. Considering Expat's Pathetic Hidden Agenda explanations, I'd say the mobilizing function of SLE's and ILE's is more about attention/acceptance seeking (to be included in social groups, whatever their size), whereas the emphasis is more on recognition seeking for SEE's and IEE's (to be acknowledged as competent).

Now how about introverts? I have difficulty putting myself in their shoes and figure out the motivations behind their use of the mobilizing function. Going by Expat's Pathetic HA descriptions, it seems like it's the opposite of attention/recognition seeking, but I can't come up with the right words that describe the social motivation properly.

Any ideas anyone?
