    Default Situational Functions in Duality

So, I was connecting the functions of duality, and the evaluatory functions are pretty straightforward. But how do the situational functions connect? This is what I have so far, but I'm pretty sure I got it wrong:

The pic is too small. What do you mean by an evaluatory and a situational function?

Yes, that was a mistake. I have a larger one now.

Evaluatory, the weakest and strongest functions (1, 4, 5, and 8)
    Situational, the other functions (2, 3, 6, and 7)

I got those terms from Wikisocion.

    I think with 2 and 6, it's more like

2: I like using this in ambiguous situations
6: I want to be good at this, I think I'm pretty good sometimes
2 to 6: It's cute that you try, let me give you a hand

I've seen it as a feedback mechanism. I think the way the situation functions have worked for me has been in creating solutions to problems vs my evaluatory functions which are generally goals and lifestyle choice.

In my particular case at work, I generally offer solutions and processes as well as clearly understand responsibilities while making sure my group doesn't wasting time covering other people's responsibilities. While the SEI I work with gauge client requirements, hot button issue and maintain good relations with the other departments. Also I have been taking more responsibility as far as evaluating hires and etc.

Generally it's a back and forth until a optimal prioritization and direction is found.

I was going to make this correction as well.

Also I would add for #4/#8:

#4: This stresses me out because I suck at it and I think it's stupid that people find it so important.

#8: I happen to do it well, but only because it happens while i'm doing #2. I dont really care about trying to be good at #8, and I dont care that you aren't good at it. I think it's stupid too.

    For #3/#7:

#3: I resort to this in times of stress, and not TOO well. Can't sustain for too long, or will burn out. I resent people who demand this from me as I think it's unnecessary and unimportant.

#7: I really dont care much about this function.
