I don't really get an SLE vibe from this particular photo (his facial expression seems more emotional and relaxed than I would typically associate with them), but then again, it's really hard to tell from just one photo.
Maybe if you described how he acts around people, or his sense of humor. Stories are good too. What do you mean when you said he's a little flaky?
