    Default cleaning up your mind

    Whenever I feel depressed about the need to take care of things, I clean up my room, put stuff in their own place, make a to-do list or fill my calendar up. This organizing makes me feel a whole lot better.

    Does this indicate something socionics wise? I thought maybe rationality or Si valuing. Thank you for your answers.

    Probably not type related, perhaps more common for rationality than irrationality, but it probably is a general human thing about being distracted from something which seems too difficult to take care of, and giving one a sense of control

    I have no clue, I can tell you though that it wouldn't work for me. If I need to do something and I'm procrastinating, the only way for me to feel better is to tackle what I'm avoiding. If I can't, exercise or alcohol (last resort) can help.
