    Default Greatest accomplishment

What is your idea of your greatest accomplishment, real or hoped?

Then , what is your type?

currently i am reading a book on business ethics and the people are like, nobel laureates .. i thought, it would be awesome to have one

there is a test somewhere that asks, would you rather close down a branch of human thought and get a small notation in a book, or be talked about for years to come or something like that i and i thought id rather have the former (at the time). I think it does tell a lot about the person..]

    im INTj btw.

I could rant like I did in the last thread about this, but I'll just sum it up in two words... real estate

I suppose raising happy, healthy children is more important, but it doesn't grab my motivation like real estate does

What is the book? Sounds interesting.

For me, living a life devoted to a worthy cause, and seeing/encouraging progress for that cause. Right now it's something about human progress, it seems. Or physics. Or both. Or something stressing the interconnectedness of everything. Or space. So as you can see, it's not set in stone yet, but I'm working on it.

But definitely something progressive. I've learned that at least that is a part of my destiny that I really hope to live out, and that is part of who I am.

Good job - picking something you are destined to fail at.

Those irrationals. Gotta (put up with) 'em, I guess.

    Hmmm, toughy.
    1. To have learned whatever the hell it was that I came here to learn. ("here" meaning Earthly life)
    2. To have had a positive effect on at least one person's life who turned around and had a positive effect on another person's life, and so on following a "chain reaction".

    haha... Good one!

My greatest accomplishment is that I'm still moving towards a goal that I have little chance of achieving. When I started, my odds were about 1%, now it's gone up to about 20%. The cheer willpower of trying to achieve something that seemed nearly impossible when I began.

Me three. One may conclude that we INFps are less ambitious than Billy Dreamer. A carefree existence is undoubtedly in our future unless we make the mistake of marrying someone with a Lady Macbeth agenda.

Accomplishments mean little to me. I just live to experience.
I always wondered why my sister isn't ambitious. hahaha. Being blissfully happy and having a nice pleasant quiet life. One conclusion - I'm not INFp.

I want to have money in order to be independant from anyone. My accomplishments right now mean crap, and I don't really have that many. Everything that I've done is already done and I look forward for doing better.

When I'll have the money, then I will be able to start to do what I really want, which I haven't figured out yet

How can I know? There are too many things that could happen for me to be able to clearly set a path already

BTW it's better to not know

But I decided when I was pretty young. And my final decision has lasted for years now, since I was about 18-19. Wonder if it means anything.

You might have found something you liked a lot immediatly. Besides, I'm 19 as well.

My greatest accomplishment was moving out of my parents house at 20 after college and moving 1800 miles away from them and never having to ask for any help, becoming independent. As I've seen in life with others, that's actually not the easiest thing to do...for example, my little hometown in Tenn... it's said that people "always come back" because "they can't make it in the real world"...or something to that affect. when I go back now i'm Mr. city boy and that guy that makes all the money...blah blah blah... I was an army brat when younger so I knew there was more out there and unlike most, I left and never plan on moving back, until I retire. so, to answer the question, becoming Independent and living on my own is definitely my most worthwhile accomplishment, and I'm ESTJ.
